Hippy Harvest is a home-based sourdough bakery that crafts naturally leavened bread using traditional methods. We slow-ferment each loaf for optimal flavor, texture, and digestibility. Each loaf takes about 48 hours to make from start to finish.
We focus on quality over quantity, using simple ingredients and intentional processes to create nourishing, delicious bread. At Hippy Harvest, we only use natural, unbleached flour from King Arthur and other organic ingredients.
